Temporary Road Changes for the London 2012 Games

As summer 2012 looms fast upon us, London patiently awaits the world to arrive in time for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Olympic Route Network and Paralympic Route Network will help ensure that thousands of the world’s greatest athletes can get around London – between their accommodation, training and competition venues – with the minimum of stress so they can perform at their best with limited interruptions.

Transport for London (TfL) propose to make a number of changes – on behalf of the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) - to certain roads as part of the London 2012 Games. These changes are much needed to ensure we make the 2012 Games a success for visitors, businesses and Londoners alike. This phase is different from earlier phases as it also includes the Central London Zone.
