Talgarth Road Planting

HammersmithLondon facilitated more improvements to the BID area recently with the successful replanting of Talgarth Road next to the flyover.

Accor, owners of the Novotel Hotel, contacted the BID to help with their plans for Earth Day on the 22nd of April. It was decided that a large replanting and clean up of a particular area would have the most positive impact and Matthew made arrangements for this to take place on the Talgarth Road, an area that had been neglected.

The BIDs planting maintenance staff were seconded to help with the days planting and to supply the plants and materials to Accor for this project. The planting was a huge success and has again turned an area greatly in need of work, into a much more pleasant and park like thoroughfare.
