Successful Pubwatch
The second meeting of the new HammersmithLondon Crime Partnership/Pubwatch took place recently and was a great success.
The meeting resulted in 9 people being banned for a period of time from all pubs in the Hammersmith Town Centre.
The people banned had committed various crimes including assault, GBH, public order offences and were definitely not the type of person that would be welcomed into any licensed premises.
These banning orders represent the first serious step towards reducing crime and anti-social behaviour in the town centre through the intelligence gathering and action of it’s local business community.
