Hammersmith Business Crime Partnership

The first meeting of the new Hammersmith Business Crime Partnership has taken place to very positive feedback. The partnership is designed to provide restricted and otherwise unavailable information and photos to licensed premises in the area to stop unwanted patrons entering their premises and causing problems. The scheme so far incorporates pubs and licensed premises but retailers will soon be asked to join as well. Shops will be able to get access to information about shoplifters and threats to their premises via partnership working with the BID.
The meeting was well attended and received, the photos were circulated and the licensed premises have been signed up to the legal agreements of the partnership provided by Hammersmithlondon. Interest in the scheme prompted a recent article in the Evening Standard newspaper and we are sure it will make a huge difference to crime and anti-social behaviour in the area.
HammersmithLondon would like to invite any BID business that is interested to contact Matthew John for more information.
