Mills & Boon Workshop

Mills & Boon authors are running writing workshops as part of programme to find a new author. The event leader for this workshop is Heidi Rice.

Places are limited, so booking is essential

You will be required to read Heidi Rice's titles before the workshop:
Cupcakes and Killer Heels and Surf, Sea and a Sexy Stranger.

Meg Gardiner, thriller novelist

As the Sunday Herald said in its Hottest Summer Reads selection, "Stephen King, Tess Gerritsen and Jeffery Deaver all rave about her, and Meg Gardiner’s The Liar’s Lullaby doesn’t disappoint." Meg will be talking about writing thrillers and 'big ideas' underlying the thriller genre as well as her new book, The Nightmare Thief (Blue Door, June 2011)

Misha talks about his new book Dark Market-CyberThieves, CyberCops and You (published 15th September, Bodley Head) In his talk, Misha investigates the dangers of living online and explores the question ‘have we become complacent about our personal security?'

Louise Levene

Louise Levene reads from her latest book Ghastly Business (published July 2011, Bloomsbury). ‘It is a deliciously wicked, witty tale of villainy, scandal, sex and science’. Louise is also the author of A Vision of Loveliness, a BBC Book at Bedtime. She is a columnist for The Sunday Telegraph and lives in London with her husband and two children.
