Exciting plans for Kings Mall

Exciting plans are in the pipeline to transform the appearance of Kings Mall and rejuvenate the whole shopping environment.

St Martins Property Investments Ltd, the owner of Kings Mall, has put forward plans for an £10 million refurbishment to modernise the centre and provide a great new experience for customers.

The plans include two new stunning curved glazed entrances on King Street making access to the centre much lighter and brighter. Inside, the malls will be enlivened with new lighting, decor and signage. Toilet facilities will be completely upgraded and the car park and bridge links will be redecorated and significant improvements made to lighting. At the same time, all the behind the scenes services such as CCTV, security systems and escalators will be renewed.

The proposed changes will improve the centre for retailers too - and new retailers are expected to seek opportunities here. Over the next year or so, we hope to completely revitalise the centre and create a brighter future for people shopping in Hammersmith.
