Business Crime Partnership

The HammersmithLondon Business Crime Partnership is going from strength to strength with 16 businesses currently signed up to the Pubwatch attending monthly meetings. 29 unwanted patrons have so far been banned by the Pubwatch board and incidents in these premises have decreased as a result.

Hammersmith pubs are now far more engaged and taking a more active role in maintaining the safety and security of their premises and staff.

The second meeting of the retail crime partnership will be taking place in July where retailers will be invited to participate in a similar scheme aimed at tackling shoplifters. The BID has always had reduction of theft from premises as a key concern for our protect area and are confident of duplicating the success from Pubwatch for our area retailers.
