Visit the River in time for the Boat Race

Come and discover one of the most beautiful stretches of the Thames in time for the Annual Varsity Boat Race for a preview before the crowds arrive and hear about past races, the winners, the losers and those who ended up in the Thames.

Why Do It?
HammersmithLondon's monthly walks are led by Blue Badge guides and held on the last Friday of every month. They are a great way to get to know your colleagues better, meet new people and become familiar with your immediate working area.

Also, walking:
- reduces feelings of stress, depression and anxiety
- reduces tiredness and gives you more energy
- helps you maintain healthy heart, blood pressure, total blood cholesterol, body weight, bones, muscles, and joints.


Duration
The walks start at 1:00 PM and are tailored to last for 45 minutes so you can return to work within the hour.
