POLO IN THE PARK 2010 - Crew Catering Brief

Expressions of interest required:

World Polo seek expressions of interest from a Hammersmith & Fulham company, retailer or individual to supply and run a crew catering outlet in Hurlingham Park, Fulham during the event, build and strike at Polo in the Park 2010.

Throughout this period there will be between 30 and 60 people on site each day building Grandstands, laying cables, constructing marquees, managing security etc.

The supplier should have his own mobile unit (van / trailer / caravan) from which to sell items such as: tea, coffee, soft drinks, hot bacon baps, chocolate, soup, cakes, sandwiches etc at realistic prices - not Kings Road prices! (eg Tea - 50p / hot bacon bap £1.50 / lunchtime sandwich) Being able to provide tables and chairs and a small canopy would be an advantage.

World Polo would not charge for this opportunity and would not expect any remuneration however; the supplier would have to conform to World Polo's Health and Safety standards.

The on-site days would be 8am Tuesday 25th May to 6pm Thursday 3rd June and 8am Monday 7th June to 6pm Friday 11th June with the supply being expected to remove the unit on the days not specified.
