Ah, the old and (in)famous Red Cow.
This corner site has a vibrant history - not all of high social credit.
Today's version is re-named, re-moulded and re-presented - and very nicely, too.
Spacious and airy with an attractive view through to the Thai/British restaurant beyond the bar. The staff seem friendly and genuinely eager to please. My recent visits have been enjoyable indeed.
The ales, beers, lagers, ciders, wines and spirits make for a good range of attractive and well-presented stock.
Interior and exterior seating, along with clean and well-lit washrooms make for a comfortable venue. I commend it.
