The Dartmouth Castle in Hammersmith is run by the team behind the award-winning Atlas in Fulham and The Swan in Chiswick. Their aim is to ensure that the Dartmouth Castle is, first and foremost, a pub. The pub has a great selection of beers and a well-chosen international wine list with 15 wines available by the glass.

    This really is a jolly good place to eat .... and drink.
    It's casual but comfortable, welcoming and well-stocked, friendly and focussed. I like it.
    The beers are well-kept and the winelist is thoughtfully and skilfully put together.
    I can't get there often enough as it's a local and I am far too often in Central London at lunchtime!
    Evenings and weekends are always good, thankfully.
