2006 Business Plan

In 2006 Hammersmith businesses voted in favour of establishing a Business Improvement District, following a long consultation period and an official Consultation Document was published and can be downloaded here. By 30th March 2006 175 businesses had voted and of these, 99 were in favour of establishing a BID. The Ballot Results were published and are now available to download.

Notice of Ballot

Our Notice of Ballot was published on 18th January and between 2nd February and 2nd March we need a majority of businesses to vote YES to renew us as your Town Centre Managers.

Summary of Baseline Agreements

We have baselines with H&F Council for all the key services. These are downloadable here.

BID2 Consultation Document

The BID 2 Consultation Document contains a list of existing and suggested projects. The projects in green are those we intend to carry forward from the existing BID, whilst reviewing and improving the quality of service that we provide. The projects in blue are new projects that have been identified during Phase 1 of the Consultation.
