Renewal Consultation Report

HammersmithLondon carried out a consultation with member businesses between May and September 2010 to identify the priorities of the member businesses and whether you would support our BID at the renewal ballot. This report provides a summary of our findings.

During the consultation, we were successful in establishing contact with almost 90% of member businesses through one-to-one meetings and phone conversations and many of you also completed our consultation survey. We are proud to report that we have received an overwhelming pledge of support from the vast majority of people.

The report also provides key feedback statistics that emerged from the consultation and from the data collected over the past four years.
