- Create and implement a programme of events
- Facilitate the Transport Forum promoting cleaner options and sustainable alternatives

Special Projects

My main responsibilities are to:
- Identify and develop opportunities which will enhance the business and trading environment
- Develop new projects beyond those set out in the BID proposal where appropriate

Matthew John

Operations Manager

My main responsibilities are to:
- Manage and Liaise with the BID’s PCSOs and CCTV Operator and the relevant department and services of the Council
- Manage the Recycling, Hanging Baskets, Planted areas and any other such programmes in the Improve remit
- Develop and ensure implementation of a comprehensive Safe and Secure strategy including the Safetynet Radio scheme

PR and Business Liaison Manager

My main responsibilites are to:
- Look after the PR and Business Liaison side of the businesses
- Visit businesses and building relationships to maintain on going engagement.

- Assist in the development and management of large scale events and annual marketing programme alongside the Development Director
- Liaise with local retailers about new privilege card offers and building on the company's Privilege Card scheme
- Identify new marketing and event opportunities for the BID
